  • Calendar events (if synchronized)

2.4 Payment Data

Payment card data is processed by Stripe. We do not store full card details on our servers.

  • Providing OPSENSE services (task, email, calendar management)
  • AI analysis for automatic task prioritization
  • Synchronization with Gmail and Google Calendar
  • Payment processing via Stripe
  • User communication (technical support)
  • Improving the application

4. Data Sharing

Your data may be shared with the following parties:

  • OpenAI - AI query processing (data not stored after processing)
  • Stripe - payment processing
  • Google - OAuth, Gmail API, Calendar API
  • Neon (PostgreSQL) - database hosting
  • Vercel - application hosting

5. Data Storage

Data is stored in a secure PostgreSQL database hosted by Neon (EU-Central-1). Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt.

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access your data
  • Correct incorrect data
  • Delete data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Restrict processing
  • Data portability
  • Object to processing

OPSENSE uses cookies to manage user sessions and preferences (theme, language). You can disable cookies in browser settings, but this may affect application functionality.

We implement standard security measures: TLS encryption, password hashing (bcrypt), JWT tokens, restricted database access. However, no internet transmission method is 100% secure.
