By using OPSENSE ("Service"), you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
OPSENSE is an AI-powered platform for managing tasks, emails, and calendars. The Service offers:
- Automatic task prioritization
- Integration with Gmail and Google Calendar
- AI assistant for work management
- Analytics and reports
3. User Account
To use OPSENSE, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining password confidentiality
- All activities on your account
- Immediately notifying us of unauthorized access
4. Plans and Payments
Small Plan (399 PLN/month)
- • Up to 50 emails/day
- • 100 AI tokens/day
- • Up to 20 active tasks
- • Up to 3 users
- • 5 GB storage
Pro Plan (1199 PLN/month)
- • Up to 500 emails/day
- • 1000 AI tokens/day
- • Unlimited tasks
- • Up to 8 users
- • 10 GB storage
- • Priority support
Payments:
- All payments are processed by Stripe
- Subscriptions renew automatically monthly
- 7-day free trial for new users
- You can cancel subscription anytime in settings
- No refunds for partially used periods
5. Acceptable Use
By using OPSENSE, you agree NOT to:
- Violate copyrights or other intellectual property rights
- Use the Service for illegal activities
- Upload malware or viruses
- Abuse APIs or overload servers
- Share your account with others
- Attempt unauthorized system access
6. Intellectual Property
All rights to OPSENSE (code, design, logo, content) belong to the owner. User retains rights to their data (tasks, emails, notes).
7. Limitation of Liability
OPSENSE is provided "AS IS". We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted service (maintenance possible)
- Error-free operation
- 100% AI accuracy
- Continuous availability of external integrations (Gmail, Calendar)
We are not liable for data loss, revenue, or other damages resulting from using the Service.
8. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or delete your account if:
- You violate Terms of Service
- You fail to pay for subscription
- Your actions threaten system security
You can delete your account anytime in settings.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Changes take effect after posting on this page. Continued use of the Service means acceptance of changes.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Polish law. All disputes will be resolved by courts in Poland.
